assumptions, develop the proposed project, conduct an analysis, and prepare

recommendations as to whether it is feasible to meet a certain deadline.

After reading the case study very carefully, make sure that the six tasks $($below$)$ are addressed

with sufficient motivation on suitable and sound assumptions on issues of Why? and How?

in order to help Lisa Brown when she meets Wilson during the following week to know whether

or not it would be feasible to turn the idea of the case competition into a real project.

Credit will be given for clear demonstration of good understanding of project management

fundamentals and project management best practices. Unsupported arguments should be

avoided.

Perform the following tasks:

Float & Free Float $($Total slack & Free Slack$)$ for each activity in a project $(15\%)$

$($e$)$ Identify the project critical path or paths of a project $(05\%)$
