At either your current workplace, a past work location or even your home you are required to find 3 potential health and/or safety hazards. Once you have found three hazards you will need to complete the following chart. For hazards, you need to state where/what they are specifically, meaning don't simply state extension cord (as that is not a hazard on its own). You need to state where it is and what makes this hazardous i.e. what could happen. Then describe how this hazard could be controlled using the EAP hazard control process. For example, you could substitute oil-based paint with water based paint and thus eliminate the hazard of a person becoming nauseous from the paint fumes. What could happen?
