In this assignment you are to apply technical writing and user manual writing knowledge to convert a visual-based flowchart into a text-based instruction sheet. The attached PSI_Prior-Authorization_Flowchart depicts the process Zimmer Inc. uses to handle prior-authorization for medical device reimbursement. Your task in this assignment is to base on the flowchart to develop a well written "procedural manual." When you developing this procedural manual, please consider your audience are healthcare providers and staff who will be submitting the prior-authorization on behalf a patient and tracking the progress of the process till its completion.
