The spans $AB,BC$ and $CD$ have the same EI value and are $8m,8m$ and $4$ m respectively. With the use of Moment Distribution Method, determine the following: $($i$)$ Moments at supports A$,$ B and C$.($ii$)$ Draw the bending moment diagram and $($ii$)$ Draw the shear force diagram.
