To make the learning organization reading real and concrete, I would like you to spend 15 20 minutes drafting an internal memo to your CEO (2-3 paragraphs max). This memo should 1) assess whether your firm is a learning organizatiorfaccording to the principles documented in the reading on learning organizations and 2) suggest one or two ways to positively facilitate learning in your organization.
