b$)$ The following describes the selection process for systems analysts posts in a recruitment process.

All systems analysts who are accredited will be interviewed. Those with Computer$-$Aided Software Engineering $($CASE$)$ experience will be interviewed during the week commencing $3$ July, $2023$ and those without CASE experience will be interviewed during the week commencing $9$ July, $2023.$ A reserve list will be drawn up of applicants with only CASE experience but without systems analyst accreditation. If these applicants in the reserve list also have $4^{th}$ General Language $(4$GL$)$ experience, then they will have to sit for a practical test. Any other applicants will receive a rejection letter.
