Week #4 Individual Assignment:

Create document or visual presentation which correlates the Bases of Power with how various leadership styles would use them. The goal of this is to show how leaders use power.

To accomplish this try to find situations (video, article, historical stories) that show leaders using their power to accomplish some outcome. Then create document or visual presentation which outlines how the leader uses power (it could be more than one type of power). It is important to identify what kind of leadership the leader is using and how it demonstrates the use of power.

If you create document it must include images of the leader(s) and a full description of the situation(s) you are using as a basis for your work. Visual presentations should illustrate the leader(s) and the situation(s) being discussed.
