BA 2650 Compensation Management Module 4 Topic Assignment

Your assignment for week 4 is to research one of the compensation topics listed below. You will write a 2 3 page paper discussing your findings on the topic and then present the information to the class on the Discussion Board for Module 4. Your paper should explain your understanding of the topice.g. what it is/how it works. Any options you found that various organizations might use. Also, include a discussion of the advantages and disadvantages associated with that type of compensation. Consider what business problem might be solved by implementing that type of compensation. Also, consider the costs.

Each student will sign up for a topic during week 1only one student per topic on a first come basis. If you have interest in a topic not included on the list, please discuss it with the instructort. Overall hint: do not wait until week 4 to begin your research on this assignment.
