Project Overview

This is an individual project that is worth 15% of your grade.You will construct a data collection and analysis project from the ground up.You can choose any topic that you want, but it must be approved by me or you risk not earning full credit on the assignments.

Project Purpose

The purpose of the project is for you to create and execute a comprehensive data collection and analysis project and to prepare yourself for the final exam.

Project Requirements

1)Develop a set of research questions

2)Develop a methodology for:

a.Collecting sufficient data to analyze the questions

b.Analyzing the data

3)Create a project report that properly displays and analyses the data that you collect- Using the Template Provided in this Document

The Project is Due by Midnight, December 8th.

Project Requirements:

Collect date (n must be greater than 30) to support the following requirements:

Part 1 - Provide Descriptive Statistics for all data used

Part 2 - Conduct Hypothesis Tests for the following:

Section I - Single Mean Compared to a Hypothesized value

Section II - Comparison of 2 Means

Section III - Comparison of 2 Proportions

Section IV - Comparison of 2 Variances

Section V - Evaluation of a Goodness of Fit Test

Section VI -Conduct an ANOVA for 3 or more Population Means

a.Conduct a complete Pair-wise analysis regardless of ANOVA Results
