Background Jane Smith first met her husband John Smith at the University of the South Pacific where they both studied Tourism. Soon after they graduated Jane and John got married and moved to Nadi where they worked in the Tourism Industry. After 10 years of working, they managed to save enough money to start looking for a house to buy. John is furious and claims that there was an acceptance of the offer in the sign and wants to enforce it as a contract. a.
