In addition, the system is not always user-friendly. The menus and instructions can be confusing, and the system does not always provide clear feedback. This can lead to frustration among staff and can make it difficult to learn how to use the system effectively.

Part B

Discuss Project Planning and purpose of Gantt Chart. Using either Microsoft Project or the Gantt chart template from Excel, create a Project Work Plan and Gantt chart for analyzing, designing, and implementing your new/improved system. Use the traditional waterfall methodology for implementation.
