Learners must complete both parts in order to obtain the marks. PART 1 - TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS (TNA) - 10% INSTRUCTION: Form a group of FOUR (4) or FIVE (5) members for this assignment. Select an organization where you can conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) (Consult with your lecturer on the organization of your choice to get approval) OR: Find underperformance issues in any organization in Malaysia from the secondary resource (This resource will be your evidence/facts) and prepare all the requirements. Provide information about the organization and its needs regarding the training issue. Determine the group or individuals who will receive the training and identify the training issue. Provide a training needs assessment questionnaire. Explain how the questionnaire will be utilized and will lead to the development of training outcomes/learning objectives within your written report. Include at least TWO (2) training outcomes, based on the TNA results. You will probably not have the time or resources to implement the questionnaire or compile all the organizational and training-specific information necessary to complete the TNA. (If you are able to get real data and results, great! Otherwise, be creative.) The goal is to understand how a TNA is done effectively and to practice completing one.
