starting to show signs of aging. There have been
complaints from every single department that the
system is no longer able to help them do their jobs.
CEO Eric Ballard has been trying to decide whether
his company should build a brand new information
system on their own or hire an outside company to
build it for them. Eric hires you to consult him. You
