They would like to implement some Statistical Process Control in order to help get to the root cause of finding out if there
are issues and how to solve them.

Bama Burger Buggy BBB has noticed an issue with how many unsatisfied customers they are having over time. They
think their process is relatively stable and they should be able to use Statistical Process Control to figure out what days
the most unsatisfied customers occur.
BBB has decided to randomly sample customers per operating day. They have asked each customer if they were
happy with their experience or unhappy with their experience with BBB They have gathered months of data starting
on April This data is recorded in the Customer Satisfaction Data sheet in the Excel Workbook.
BBB wants to use a PChart to monitor this process. They would like to say a point that is out of control is outside of
three standard deviations away from the mean below and above
