• Based on a 10 year old patient with multiple sclerosis, a 16 year old brother, and single mother

Goal: Patient will actively participate in weekly educational sessions with a CCLS to gain knowledge about multiple sclerosis, its management, and coping strategies to enhance self-advocacy and understanding of the condition so confusion does not continue.

The goal should include 3 detailed interventions to support the goal. For example, a medical play session, a coping intervention teaching and facilitating a specific mindful techniques and a specific expression activity.
