Based on a study conducted by its officers one Non-Governmental organization believes it can improve the income of 50 traditional farmers by giving trainings on crop selection, land preparation & fertilizing, seed selection, seed sowing, irrigation, crop growth, harvesting and other modern farming techniques by an agriculture specialist, and supporting the farmers financially to buy fertilizers, good seeds and other modern farming materials with a budget of ETB 500,000. The intervention will be conducted in a small woreda located in west shoa zone.
