Based on Alan Blinders article, Offshoring, constant improvements in technology and global communications will result in more offshoring of US jobs in industries where a product or service can be produced and delivered electronically over long distances at a lower cost.

Does this mean that only low skilled and low wage jobs are at threat, while high skilled jobs requiring advanced training are less vulnerable to offshoring?
