Based on the case study below, I need to perform a Role Play fulfilling the 5 items at the end of the question. Could anyone help me define the 5 items? Then I can make the video myself.

The question says that I need to choose one of the objectives and make the video on top of it. I thought about choosing "Provide a high-quality service to all customers"

Bounce Fitness Case Study

The Bounce Fitness Centre located in Brisbane was awarded a tender to provide short term funding for a pilot project to use exercise to improve the health and fitness of residents 50 years and over. Paula, the General Manager Finance suggested the project was to run for three months with the health, strength, vitality and mental state of the participants being measured over that period. If the project is a success, it will be continued and expanded.

Project Summary:

Bounce Fitness is seeking to promote the company's unique approach and lifestyle vision to an older audience including specifics such as weight, health and flexibility. Immediate goals include developing personal plans, measurements and follow up for the 50 Candidates who will be referred to the business and have been nominated by the Health Service as wishing to attend. There will be no cost to clients.

Each client will be provided with a preliminary assessment and the following:

A special group class of on average 20 clients will be held on weekdays at 11 am for an hour, although attendance will depend on the plan prepared by the personal trainer and agreed with the client.

A light healthy lunch will be provided after the class to encourage interaction between the clients and allowing the personal trainer to offer further information, advice and encouragement.

Another class will be held on weekdays at 4 pm with an anticipated attendance of 20 clients

A light healthy meal again provided when complete. The budget for each lunch or meal is $6 although quotes were received for $8 per meal (from Jim's Catering) and $5 per meal (from Jose's Healthy Foods) and $6 per meal from (Mick's Gym Junkie Foods).

Other activities will include the following:

monthly group walks

one monthly trip to the Tablelands for lunch and rainforest walks

once weekly swimming at a local pool.

It is expected that 40 clients will participate in the walk and 40 in the swimming on each occasion. The walk is free but there is a cost of $6 for lunch on the Tablelands and $20 each for bus transport and a cost of $5 each for use of the pool. Other quotes for the bus were $30 and $28 and for the use of the pool, $6 and $7.

This is a six-month project with three months to prepare. Most clients will be referred by their health professional, doctor or home nurse. Health issues may range from the normal aging process and over-weight to chronic issues such as diabetes, arthritis and osteoporosis.

The target group will require the employment of one extra personal trainer who will be paid $30,000 for the three months and will work whatever hours are necessary to meet the needs of the plan and client. They will need to have an appropriate medical qualification, special training in working with an older clientele or have experience in this area.Otherwise, the standard job description for personal trainers is sufficient.

Each client will be assessed on their first visit, recording the height, weight, flexibility, experience, daily diet and exercise and level of interest and commitment. The notes of the referring professional will also be considered.

A fitness plan will be developed, and dietary adjustments made. The personal trainer will be required to interact, motivate and encourage clients for the six-month period. It is essential that this person remain in the position to assist in relationship development with the clients.

Budget:

$70,000 over the three months. There has been no allowance made for infrastructure costs as Head Office will manage that cost in their profit and loss accounting. So, budgeting will be done on actual costs. It is important that a close eye is kept on the costs, and the purchasing is made using the procedures authorised by Bounce Fitness as there is only a 15% profit margin. Payment in a lump sum immediately to the Brisbane Centre account by Head Office and accounts will be paid as per the Bounce Fitness procedures as detailed on the Bounce Fitness website.
