a. Derive the expression for the voltage gain Av of this circuit; considering both channel length modulation and body effect.

b. Assuming the sensed input voltage Vin=0.9V,VDD=1.8V, bias voltage Vbl=1.2V; determine the range of output voltage Vout for which all the transistors in the circuit remains in saturation operating region. Consider VTHI=0.5V,|VTH|=|VTH2|=0.6V and VTH3=0.7V.

Now assuming the bias currents ID3=0.2mA and IDI=0.7mA, compute the output impedance and voltage gain of this circuit for the Vout=1.7V and node voltage at x to be Vx=0.8V.
