Based on the External and Internal Factors Evaluation Matrices that were developed for Shake Shack, a comprehensive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis was performed to identify a set of five strategies for each of the following categories: Strengths/Opportunities (S/O), Weaknesses/Opportunities (S/O), Strengths/Threats (S/T), and Weaknesses/Threats (W/O) initiatives. These initiatives spanned globally and capitalize on Shake Shack's strengths to exploit opportunities and neutralize threats, combine weaknesses with opportunities to exploit an opportunity and leverage weaknesses and threats to mitigate threats.
