Based on the job description prepared in Individual assignment #2 each student will create an interview package This package with include the following: all questions for a job interview (questions to build rapport and questions about the skills needed for the job (KSAO's), e.g. behavioural based and Situational Interviews etc.) It will also include the dialogue for the interviewer that is used at the start of the interview (information about the company, the job etc.) Essentially a script is being prepared for the interviewer to follow As well, a rating scale (with the ideal answer to the questions) will be required for 5 questions that are based on the skills (KSAO'S) of the job being applied for.
