based on the photo, clarify issue, rule, analysis, and conclusion (IRAC analysis). based on the photo, clarify issue, rule,
IRAC PRACTICE The Minnesota State Flag Football League is an amateur flag football league for young men in Minnesota between ages 18-22, who are trying to cope with the fact that they are not good enough to play college football. The men sign waivers prior to entering the league, which state, in part, "I understand that flag football is a physical game that could potentially result in incidental contact. I fully consent to all accidental contact that I may incur during the course of play." On November 28th, 2016, the Duluth Demons and the Mankato Monsters were playing in the Minnesota State Flag Football League championship game. Immediately prior to the game, Dan The Specimen Nash (the most menacing defensive player on the Demons), walked up to the quarterback of the Monsters, Zach "Moose" Messina. Nash grabbed Messina by the shirt collar and growled in his face, "I'm about to kick your f'in teeth down your throat, Moose!" Nash then let go of Messina's shirt, cackled, and walked over to the Demons' sideline. During the first 38 minutes of the game, the teams played a clean game without incident. During the last two minutes, Messina was driving the Monsters down the field for the game winning touchdown. On a 3rd and 7, Messina ran forward for 10 yards and scampered out of bounds. Nash, who was closing in on Messina before he ran out of bounds, thought to himself, "Not on my watch, Messina! I'm gonna crush this idiot!" Approximately 3 seconds after Messina was fully out of bounds and the whistle had blown, Nash ran into Messina at full speed, causing a bone-crushing hit. The hit resulted in a broken fibula, tibia, clavicle, and grade 3 concussion for Messina. The hit may have not resulted in equal injuries to someone else, but Messina is an especially fragile young man. Please discuss what causes of action (i.e. what torts) Messina could bring against Nash. Please do not discuss any cause of action that Messina could bring against the Minnesota State Flag Football League or anyone else
