You are the Logistics Director for Top Gloves Sdn Bhd the global company manufacturing rubber gloves products.

You are responsible for managing the company's logistics where you currently receive materials from factories in

China, Thailand and Indonesia. The goods are consolidated in Port Klang before being transported to Top Glove

factory in Meru. Upon completion of the final product, the company begins export distribution according to the

region.

The Company's sales across the globe have grown significantly. The Board of Directors had agreed to venture to new

horizons. Furthermore, the existing factories have been running at full capacity for some time.

Hence as you are appointed as the project leader. You are required to come up with a Business proposal. Please
