As a business consultant, you have consulted two clients on the following situation.

Your client has extensive knowledge in continuous improvement. A townhall session is scheduled with all the front-line production supervisors. The objective is to discuss with production supervisors to deal with companys quality issues. The supervisors have no training in continuous improvement.
