Based on what has been covered in this module advice the relevant parties on some of the questions they have.

1. Your good friend Jeremy came across an advertisement in the local newspaper which stated that a man by the name of Jack is willing to sell his car for a price of RM 20.000. Jeremy was so eager to buy the car, therefore he wrote back to Jack agreeing to buy the car. In fact Jeremy transferred some money as deposit to Jack. Now Jeremy realized that the deal may not be good deal and wants to pull out of the deal.

Advice Jeremy if he could be sued for breach of contract if he were to pull out of the deal.
