Based upon the personnel you identified, identify the training methods you propose to use. For example, if the personnel are C-level (CEO, VP, etc.) do you plan to use internal/external coaching? Make sure the training methods you identify can be conducted and assessed within at least the first year. For example, you may conduct several workshops and follow up with assessments to measure if training is successful in the first year. Note: the aforementioned is important because in the next module we will address performance assessments
