The communication process involves a sender and receiver who exchange some information and meaning. As such, communication can be considered a form of social information processing. The communication process is not clear cut and there are many potential errors that can arise. This activity is important because managers and employees alike should understand that each actor in thfcommunication process has responsibilities in order for the process to work.
