The communication process involves a sender and recelver who exchange some information and meaning. As such, communication can be considered a form of social information processing. The communication process is not clear cut and there are many potential errors that can arise. This activity is important because managers and employees allke should understand that each actor in the communication process has responsibilities in order for the process to work.
