Basically, the theory is built in a pyramid where it is bigger on the bottom and then narrows as you go up. Additionally, there are five levels in this pyramid.

• The lower levels are your basic needs in life and money is very important in satisfying those needs.
• Once the first need is satisfied then we can move up to the next level. As we move up the pyramid money becomes less of a Motivator - at least that is the theory.

It is based on a pyramid shape and we all start at the bottom.Once the bottomneed is satisfied, we can move to the next step, or motivational level.
