Assignment $5-$ Slab Form work Design

Design a forming system for the elevated slab as shown in the following sketches. The concrete will be normal weight $(150$pcf$)$ and will be placed using buggies. The following materials are available. The estimated weight of the form system is $15$ psf$.$ Clear space between floors is $11ft($this is height from top of slab of lower floor to bottom of slab of upper floor$).$ Draw a sketch of the final design.

Use:

$2$X$8$ Douglas Fir$-$Larch $($North$)$ #$1$&Btr for joists

$4$X$8$ Douglas Fir$-$ Larch $($North$)$ #$1$&Btr for stringers

$\frac{3}{4}$ in B$-$B plyform Class I

For shoring solve in two ways:

WACO Standard post shores

$4$x$4$ Douglas Fir$-$ Larch $($North$)$ #$1$&Btr members

Head plate for shores: $6^{\text{'}\text{'}}{6}^{\text{'}\text{'}}.$ Use same for steel and wood shoring

Base plate for shores: $8^{\text{'}\text{'}}{8}^{\text{'}\text{'}}.$ Leave $4"$ space between centerline of stringers and shores and edge of slab to accommodate for head plates.

Head plates and base plates are $1^{\text{'}\text{'}}$ thick.
