Be careful with the V, its a valid output

Create a circuit for a priority encoder in Cirsim. Name the inputs I0, I1, I2, and I3. Name the outputs O0, O1, and V. They should match the same values in the truth table.

After completing the circuit, click Test to test it, then Submit to submit the quiz question result.

I highly recommend that you do Karnaugh maps for O0, O1, and V. That makes the problem much easier. You can probably figure out one or two of these by intuition, but I found it much easier to do using a Karnaugh map.
