Beauty Village Sdn Bhd involves in producing skin care products. The company implemented the multilevel marketing system to encourage existing distributors to recruit new distributors who are paid a commission based on percentage of their sales. The recruits are the distributor's "downline." Distributors also make money through direct sales of products to customers.

Currently, all distributors record sales manually and do not know how company calculate their commission. Thus, Beauty Village Sdn Bhd owner plans to develop a computerised system which each distributor can record their sales directly into the system. Then, the system will automatically generate the commission to the distributors. The owner specifically required the system to do the following task:

 In the sales order form, distributors detail including distributor name, number, email and address are displayed. Distributors can add the product code, product description and quantity. The unit price of product is automatically assigned to each product chosen, and the total amount of sales order is calculated by the system. Each sales order has a unique number and date.

 One distributor can have many sales orders but each sales order is only for a distributor. A sales order may contain many products and each product can be ordered many times.

 Distributors need to pay the order by using online payment that is associated in the system. Once the payment is completed. The system will issue the receipt to the distributors.

 Distributors are entitled a commission five percent of their own sales, RM500 for each new dealer introduced and five percent commission each time the new dealer make a purchase.

Meanwhile, in the Report function, distributors can view or print the following reports:

 Sales invoice

 Sales report

 Commission earned on monthly basis

REQUIRED:

(a) Create a design for sales order form consists of header, label and text boxes, drop down list and command buttons. 

(b) Design a commission report for distributor. 

(c) Draw Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) for sales order system including associative entity (if any). Identify the primary key for each entity. 

(d) Discuss THREE (3) validation rules to reduce input error during data entry in sales order form for Beauty Village Sdn Bhd. Provide ONE (1) example for each validation rule to support your answer.
