Submit R code which does the following:

• Clean the data set by removing rows and columns so there are 51 rows (one for each state plus DC) and 5 columns with the following names: stateName, Census, Estimates, Pop2010, Pop2011.
• Make sure the data in the last four columns are numbers rather than strings
• Store your data set in a data frame.
• Write a function which will accept a vector, and return the mean, median and standard deviation of the vector.
•
