Before you finalize your service design, you need to evaluate several possible

alternatives and chose an alternative that meets your design objective. Note that you do

not have any data about the actual problem, qualitative or quantitative. If you are a

consultant, you need to collect the data and then come up with a best service design. Hence,

you are not asked to decide on the best design. Below, I have listed several areas a
