Construct a logic model using one of the three examples identified in the W. K. Kellogg Foundation (2004) guide. The model you choose must be illustrated graphically and each component must be thoroughly described in narrative format.

Provide a rationale explaining why the model you chose best illustrates the program or service. In addition, please briefly describe how the model might help the organization market, implement, and evaluate its program or service.
