5. For each member and each video tape presently rented by that member, list the MEMBER#, member name, video tape title, and video tape movie rating.

6. List the MEMBER# for those members who have rented every G rated video tape in our collection.

7. For those members who have rented the same copy of a video tape more than once, list their MEMBER# and the video tapes ID# and the rental dates.
