Below are the elevations of the building. Assume the floor to ceiling height is 3 m that includes an infinitely thin floor slab. Show all calculations. Because of the building code requirements, this building must be 3 stories in building height. The reason is that if it is 4 storeys, an architected is needed to be involved. The owner is allergic to architects. The grade for the portion of the south and the west elevation is the same but is unknown. Where does the minimum grade need to be located for this to be 3 stories in building height. (15 marks) North 12 m East South 9m -10m- 5m ? West 20 m roof ? LEVEL 6 5 4 3 2 1 NOTE: THE DARKER LINE REPRESENTS WHERE GROUND TOUCHES THE BUILDING. The line with dimensions represents the width of the elevation.
