Bill, Terry and Cristina often work together patrolling the loading dock of a small privately run exporting business. Bill and Cristina work well together but they don't like the way that things are done. They think that their manager, Peter, has poor skills when it comes to planning security and they also think that the initial security audit completed on the business is both wrong and ineffective. Therefore, rather than speaking with Peter, as they can't be bothered dealing with his forceful leadership style, they don't always follow the correct patrol patterns/routes set forth by him as they think they are inefficient and unproductive. Bill and Cristina don't like working with their colleague Terry as they think he is lazy. On shift they avoid communications with Terry as think they are better off doing things their way. They think Terry has a poor attitude to work and therefore, Bill and Cristina would rather 'pick up the slack' than ask Terry for his assistance.
