Marketing - provide an overview your team's marketing strategy and comment on its results. Introduce your caf name and logo and target customer. Be sure to highlight your overall strategy then briefly describe the Marketing Mix elements. Finish with a brief comment on any success or challenges and identify one (max two) key learning(s) from a marketing perspective. 3. Human Resources - provide a summary of your human resources, specifically your franchise's overall approach to staffing and wages and a review of decisions made that improved employee productivity and service capacity. Finish with a brief comment on any success or challenges your team faced in this area and identify one (max two) key learning(s) from an HR perspective. Supply Chain and Operations - provide an overview of the operational side of your cafes. This should include decisions that led to an increase in demand, how your team determined the ideal capacity utilization score and how your team estimated coffee purchases.
