He’s had the same job (and lifestyle) since he was 25, and hasn’t worked out consistently or in any focused fashion since his days in college. Needless to say, he’s definitely in need of conditioning after spending nearly 20 years in a sedentary (and sometimes very stressful) desk job. At 5’9” and 215 pounds, he’d prefer to get back to a leaner, more comfortable weight of 185 by training for fat loss, improved general conditioning, and getting stronger along the way. In college, Bob dislocated his shoulder playing football, and has always had stability and chronic pain issues since. Aside from this, he’d like to relearn proper form and technique to exercise safely and (re)learn how to properly move. Design a sample workout for this individual to meet his goals.
