Implement the Toyota production system and begin implementing the lean manufacturing process to decrease lead times and waste at the Boing manufacturing facility and to increase production effectiveness. Also, in end line part issuing instead of centralized part issuing store introduce the Kanban Method with two and more bins to reduce production lead time.
