Bonnie Robichaud was employed by the Department of National Defence. She filed a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission that she had been sexually harassed by her supervisor, Dennis Brennan, in contravention of the Canadian Human Rights Act. It was determined that Brennan had sexually harassed Ms. Robichaud. The complaint ultimately was heard by the Supreme Court of Canada.
