1) review the WBS and Gantt chart created in the previous chapter. Propose three to five activates that would help you estimate resources and durations. 3) Using the Gantt chart, you created in the previous chapter and the new activities and milestones you proposed in Tasks 1 and 2 above, create a new Gantt chart using Microsoft project. Estimate the task duration and enter dependencies as appropriate. Remember that your schedule goal for the project is six months.
