The images on the following slides show a building consisting of a Store, Function Room and Patio.

Draw a plan of the building taking the following into consideration:

The drawing should be to $1$:$25$ scale on an A$3$ page, landscape format.

The building is constructed with masonry brick walls.

The overall East$-$West dimension of the building is $7900mm,$

The overall North$-$South dimension of the building is $3960mm.$

The internal East$-$West dimension of the store is $1400mm,$ and for the patio $2300mm.$

The project datum is se$.$ floor.

The patio is $170mm$ below the function room level.

The steps to the north and south are $300mm$ wide and extend $300mm$ past the sliding doors.

There is a built$-$in kitchen counter on the western side of the function room. Allow for the following kitchen appliances:

Upright fridge at the southern end of the counter.

Undercounter washing machine next to the fridge.

Undercounter dish washer next to the washing machine.

The roof overhang is $500mm.$
