REQUIRED: Prepare a 4 slide presentation covering the following: a) Identify the remuneration requirements of the entity in terms of level and expected forms of remuneration b) Suggest the requirements for the selection and operation of an effective Remuneration Committee c) Identify how remuneration could be effectively aligned with appropriate performance measurement metrics d) Identify any additional reporting or governance that would improve remuneration practice meeting the needs of stakeholder
