Video Summary of the Simulation Learning Experience $(25\%$ of final grade$)$

All Program groups are required to create an MP$4$ video to include the following topics:

$1.$ Explain what the Program group did well together $($i$.$e$.$ strengths of your group$).$ Display your name on every slide.

$2.$ Explain some of your key lessons learned throughout the simulation. If you were to re$-$take this simulation course again, what would you do differently? Display your name on every slide.

$3.$ What Project Management tools$/$processes did you use? Did the tools help your Program group? Explain. Display your name on every slide.

$4.$ What can you apply $($from this simulation learning experience$)$ in your future careers? Display your name on every slide.

Tips for your presentation:

$$ Keep the information on your slides simple $$ clear and concise $$ use bullet points.

$$ Identify the main points using bullet points on the slides. Talk into the camera with additional context and examples that expand on the bullet points. This may require some practice. Reading the information on the slides is not acceptable. $$Tell us the story$$

$$ Please ensure that the slide formatting is consistent for all group members. Be creative.

$$ Before you submit the video, check to ensure that the audio is working for all group members.

Everyone participates in the MP$4$ video. Each Program group will divide the $4$ topic areas among the Project Managers for the video. Project Managers will present their respective topic using audio and video embedded in the slides. Please keep the topics in chronological order during the video $($i$.$e$.1,2,3,4).$

Maximum time per topic $=5$ minutes. Therefore, the consolidated video should not exceed $20$ minutes for the entire group.

Upload your MP$4$ videos to Blackboard.

Note; this assignment is one group video that is consolidated together $$ not $4$ individual videos. You must be present in$-$class for your group presentation otherwise an individual grade penalty will be imposed.
