For this assignment, I$\text{'}$d like you to create a cost baseline based on the information provided. You must include the following items:

Create a time$-$scaled network diagram on provided template.

Determine costs per week for each work package.

Calculate total incremental costs per week.

Calculate total cumulative costs per week.Use the information below to create a time$-$scaled network diagram $($FS $=$ finish$-$to$-$start$)$ honoring all dependencies. Assume early start dates for each work package $($WP$).$ Outline or highlight the cells to indicate the duration of each work package. Work package one has been done for you as an example.

Use the budget information above to calculate the weekly budget. Assume a linear relationship between time and money. For example, if a work package was three weeks and has a total budget of $$3,000,$ the weekly budget would be $$1,000(3$$$1,000=$$$3,000).$

There is one row for every work package. The time$-$scale is in weeks represented as $"$W$1,$W$2,$ etc." for week $1,$ week $2,$ etc. in the column headers.

Calculate the weekly incremental budget for each work package and place it in the correctweek based on dependencies and work package durations.

Calculate the project's weekly incremental costs and place the total in the "incremental costs" cell for each week $($column$).$

Calculate the project's cumulative budget to$-$date for each week and place in the "cumulative costs" cell for each week $($column$).$

Answer the questions related to the completed assignment.
