Furthermore, look at the departmentalization that exists. Is your school$$s structure more functional or divisional? Does it exhibit learning$-$organization tendencies? Based on your assessments, what kind of structure would you predict your college to have? Does it have this structure now? Compare your findings with other classmates. Are there similarities in how each viewed the college? Differences? What do you believe has contributed to these findings?
