Bullet Option 1: Improved externally provided cell-phone coverage (TELUS) This option involves working with TELUS to improve wireless access at site through the installation of a new cell tower (or similar infrastructure) or through an external hardwired connection from outside the Gold Bar fence line. TELUS came back with pricing for this as follows: - Cell tower for the back-40: ~$385,000 - Cell tower(s) for all of Gold Bar: ~$1,000,000 - $1,500,000 This option is cost prohibitive and not feasible within this project
