The final project for the Principles of Management course will involve a comprehensive case analysis of a real$-$world organization. This project aims to apply the principles and concepts learned throughout the course to assess the organization's management practices and provide strategic recommendations.

Project Objectives

Formulate practical recommendations for enhancing the organization's management practices based on the identified strengths and weaknesses.

Provide a brief overview of the chosen organization, including its history, industry, and key operations.

Identify recent management challenges or strategic changes.

SWOT Analysis

Conduct a detailed SWOT analysis to understand the organization's internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats.

Relate the findings to the principles of management discussed in the course.

Organizational Structure and Design

Analyze the organizational structure, design, and hierarchy.

Discuss how the structure supports or hinders effective management practices.

Leadership and Decision$-$Making

Evaluate the leadership style$($s$)$ within the organization.

Assess the decision$-$making processes and their alignment with management principles.

Control Mechanisms

Examine the control mechanisms used by the organization.
